Megan and Danny

Venue: Burford Bridge Hotel

The wedding of Danny and Megan took place at the wonderful Burford Bridge Hotel, nestled in the shadow of Box Hill, and it really is a truly stunning venue. Once again, the morning was so much fun. It was a big bridal party, and with the groomsmen arriving nice and early as well, there was such fun to be had with all the girls and the boys. The room decor had been set up beautifully too. I captured some beautiful shots of Megan and her daughter doing her shoes up, and honestly, they are some of my favourites from the whole day. It was the perfect start to their day.

Moving on to the day itself, the ceremony was held inside, and it was full of emotion, full of love and surrounded by family. You could feel it all around the room. Truly a wonderful, wonderful wedding. We were blessed with beautiful weather, which meant we could head outside for the confetti. It also allowed us to take the group shots in a variety of different locations around Burford Bridge, which is something I love to do whenever I can, weather dependent of course.

We then made our way out into the grounds, where I took some photos of Megan and Danny together. It was lovely to have a little time with just the two of them in such a beautiful setting. The grounds at Burford Bridge really are a dream to photograph.

The speeches were hilarious and so much fun. Then it was on into the evening, with lots of dancing, lots of drinking and many, many shots consumed! I’m sure there were a few sore heads the next morning, but it was worth every bit of it. I genuinely loved spending my time with this couple.
